Seaweed Soak for 20 minutes prior to
any body wrap or massage for better
toning results!
1. Dissolve 4 ounces of Detox Seaweed
Soak into a warm bath, it shouldn't
be too hot.
2. Get in and relax for
about 40 minutes. Visualize all the
toxins coming out from your pores and
dissolving in the water. Drink our
hot
herbal tea or a cup of thyme or
peppermint to increase the sweating
and replace any fluids you lose.

Get out carefully as you may feel lightheaded.

swathe yourself in large, warm towels
or one of our body wrap sheets and
go to bed, making sure your feet are
wrapped up warmly. You'll probably
go straight to sleep.
